Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations received up to five working days before the course are refundable minus a $25 administration fee. After that cancellations are subject to the entire course fee which you may apply towards a future course.

Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Payment
Payment is required within 14 days prior to commencement of course. Our preferred method of payment is Electronic Funds Transfer. Alternatively, please send your payment to PIPEd Pty Ltd. If paying by EFT please email remittance advice to post@piped.com.au with the subject PIPEd Payment.
